Our Approach
At Life Growth Psychology, our practice is based on the foundation of the humanistic approach, where we see and accept the individual as a whole with all of their unique characteristics. We focus on providing evidence-based clinical services to adults only.
We are an inclusive practice, working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
We recognise that it is a courageous first step to seek out help. We see therapy as an integral part of psychological and emotional growth. We offer our clients the opportunities to compassionately explore issues related to their past, present, and future, as this can have an effect on one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and overall quality of life.
With the safety that the therapy space offers, clients over time learn to develop a vast skill set to improve their decision-making, relationships, and fill their lives with depth, growth, purpose, and meaning.
